I am an alumnus of the University of Greenwich and Queen Mary University of London, where I had the opportunity to learn and research under the guidance of leading practitioners in psychotherapy. During my training, I studied advanced therapeutic approaches developed by pioneers such as Tien Kuei, Marrion Furr, and Andy Phee through programmes offered by the University of Oxford.

FAP focuses on understanding and transforming behaviors as they arise in the therapy relationship.

ACT helps develop psychological flexibility by learning to accept difficult emotions while committing to actions that align with personal values

CBT is a well-researched therapy that focuses on identifying and changing unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours.

It combines breathwork, body awareness, and mindfulness practices to help release stored stress and trauma and regulate the nervous system.

This approach helps individuals who struggle with shame, harsh self-criticism, and low self-worth by developing greater self-compassion and emotional balance.

Psycho-spiritual therapy integrates psychological understanding with deeper questions of meaning, purpose, and human experience, creating a holistic healing process.
Different from a typical retreat where peace is sought in a place away from home, in MBCT-L clients are in their usual environment and space with their day-to-day stressors by their side.
A natural tendency which shows up during meditation practice is the urge to appraise our current state of doing and being (“Am I doing this right, “This is difficult” “I will never get this”).
